An in-depth digestive-system screening at partner tertiary hospitals or licensed international medical centres — combining sedated gastroscopy + colonoscopy, GI tumor markers, abdominal MRI and H. pylori testing for thorough early detection.

If you would rather avoid a conventional scope, see our guide to capsule endoscopy in China — it explains when a swallowable capsule can replace a gastroscopy and when it cannot.

Important — what this price covers

  • This price covers the sedated endoscopy examination only (gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy). It does not include polyp removal or biopsy.
  • Polyp removal and biopsy are charged separately by the hospital, based on what is found during the procedure. A refundable deposit applies — see the “GI Biopsy & Polyp Removal Deposit” add-on. Any cost estimate is for reference only; the final amount is determined by the actual findings and is settled directly with the hospital.
  • Not all polyps can be removed during the same procedure. Larger or more complex polyps may require a separate follow-up admission. Even if you have pre-authorised removal during the procedure, on-the-spot removal cannot be guaranteed and remains at the treating endoscopist’s clinical discretion.
