At the hospital: meet at entrance or hotel lobby, registration / queue / payment / QR check-in support, full in-consultation interpretation, prescription and next-step clarification, help collecting printed reports and receipts.

After the visit: plain-English summary of the doctor's findings, prescription-filling guidance, receipts organized for insurance, WhatsApp / WeChat follow-up within 24 hours.
