We will only collect and process health-related data with your explicit consent, which we obtain at the point of collection (e.g., when you submit a booking request form). This data is used solely for the purpose of coordinating your medical appointments and is shared only with the specific partner hospital(s) involved in fulfilling your booking.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@sinocarelink.org. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, but may affect our ability to fulfill your booking.

4. Data Sharing

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

- Partner Hospitals: We share your name, passport details, contact information, and health-related preferences with the specific hospital(s) in China where your appointment is booked, solely for the purpose of confirming and preparing for your visit.
- Medical Interpreters: Our certified interpreters have access to your personal and medical details only to the extent necessary to provide on-site translation during your hospital visit.
- Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Site, processing payments, or delivering our Services (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, email service providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your personal data is stored on servers provided by Shopify and our other service providers, governed by Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
