Thank you for booking with SinoCareLink. To confirm your slot with the hospital, we need a few details directly from you — exactly as printed on your passport — and your written acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.

This takes about 2 minutes. Once you submit, our medical coordinator will email you within one business day to confirm the date, send pre-visit instructions (fasting requirements, what to bring, hospital location) and answer any questions.

SinoCareLink Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • More than 7 days before your appointment: full refund or free reschedule.
  • 48 hours to 7 days before: 50% refund, or free reschedule (subject to hospital availability).
  • Less than 48 hours before: no refund. Reschedule may be available subject to hospital approval and may incur a fee.
  • No-show on the appointment day: no refund.
  • If the hospital cancels for any reason (typhoon, equipment failure, etc.): full refund or free reschedule.
  • Test results and physician consultation reports are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Why we need this

    Hospitals require the patient's full passport name to register the appointment. Cancellation policy acknowledgement is standard practice in international medical concierge — it protects both you and us by setting clear expectations.

  • What happens next

    Within one business day, you'll receive an email with: confirmed appointment time, hospital location and directions, fasting and preparation instructions, and your bilingual coordinator's WhatsApp number for the day-of.
