Why a band and not a single number for surgery? Because honest surgical pricing depends on findings — implant choice confirmed intra-operatively, an extra day of monitoring, histology sent or not. The band is the envelope: routine variation lives inside it. Anything outside the band requires a documented clinical reason and your signed agreement first.
What "all-inclusive" does not hide
A transparent package is defined as much by its exclusions — stated up front, quoted separately if they arise.
- Unrelated drug therapy — e.g. chemotherapy or immunotherapy alongside a radiosurgery package is quoted as its own line, in advance.
- Treatment of unrelated pre-existing conditions discovered during admission.
- Major complication care beyond the defined package — rare, always discussed with you (and your insurer where relevant) as it happens, never billed silently.
- Extending your hotel stay outside admission dates — we help arrange it; it's simply not hospital billing.

These are treatment programmes at Grade-A tertiary (三甲) partner hospitals with senior specialist teams and, where relevant, imported implants and devices — the pricing is straightforwardly reasonable for that level of care, and that is the point: predictability first. Why hidden fees happen elsewhere — and how this model removes them
Most "surprise bill" stories in medical travel trace to three structural causes: quotes that only cover the surgeon's fee (with anaesthesia, ward, imaging and consumables appearing later); intermediaries who don't control the hospital relationship; and language gaps at the moment a clinical change is agreed. This model addresses each directly:
- One written quote covering the whole episode — hospital services and support services in the same document.
- A direct partner-hospital rate card — the numbers above come from the hospital's own channel pricing, not a reseller mark-up chain.
- An interpreter present when plans change — so "we recommend an extra day of monitoring, at this cost" is understood and signed, not discovered at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
Is the written quote really binding?
Yes — that is its purpose. The quote (or band, for surgery) is what you pay for the defined scope. Scope changes require a documented clinical reason and your written agreement before costs are incurred.
Can I use the documents for insurance?
Yes. You receive an itemised final statement and translated clinical documentation suitable for reimbursement claims. Whether your policy covers planned treatment abroad depends on your insurer — check before travelling, and we'll support the paperwork either way.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
A scheduling deposit confirms your treatment dates and is credited in full against the final bill; the balance is payable per the payment schedule in your quote. Details, methods and timing are set out in writing with the quote itself.
What about my travelling companion?
The companion bed is included. Meals and local needs for companions are minimal extras we help arrange — and yes, halal requirements are handled for companions too.
