“Warmth from the inside out, for the always-chilly.”
The Warming Comfort Set (暖宫焕养方案) is a 28-day herbal wellness routine built for the Yang-Deficiency constitution (阳虚质) — cold hands and feet, feeling chilly even in mild weather, and wanting gentle warming comfort. It pairs two herbal teas, a meridian massage oil and a gua sha board into one simple daily rhythm of gentle nourishment.
What's Inside
- ✓ Women's Warming Ginger Tea (红糖姜枣茶) — a comforting blend of red dates, longan, goji, brown sugar & ginger, 1 box (10 sachets)
- ✓ Warming Comfort Tea (桂枝茶) — a cozy blend of cinnamon twig, white peony, red dates, licorice & ginger, 3 servings
- ✓ Warming Relief Massage Oil (艾草参姜按摩油), 300 ml
- ✓ Brass Gua Sha board (18 cm) — included free
- ✓ Optional upgrade: Home Moxibustion Care Kit
Best For
Always reaching for another layer, cold hands and feet, low warmth after meals, and monthly comfort.
How to Use (28-Day Routine)
- Weeks 1–3: Women's Warming Ginger Tea — 2 servings/week; Warming Comfort Tea — 1 serving/week.
- Week 4: Women's Warming Ginger Tea — 1 serving/week; pause the second tea.
- Use the oil with the gua sha board 1–2×/week: massage the lower abdomen and lower back with warm palms (Guanyuan CV-4, Mingmen GV-4 regions).
- If you added the moxibustion kit: strongly recommended for this constitution — warm Guanyuan and Mingmen 4–5×/week, about 20–30 minutes.
Good to know: Warming blends — pause during a fever or on days you feel unusually hot. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take any medication, check with your doctor before starting.
