Urgent / Expedited Booking — Appointment Within 3 Days (China)

Urgent / Expedited Booking is a priority-coordination service for international patients who need an imaging scan or health-screening appointment at short notice — typically within 3 days of ordering.

What this covers

• Priority, rush coordination of your appointment across our hospital network
• Contacting and securing slots at several hospitals or departments in parallel when needed
• Arranging an English-speaking companion at short notice where required

How to use it

Add this service to your order alongside the imaging scan or screening you need (for example MRI, CT, mammography or PET-CT). Tell us your required date window at checkout or by message, and we begin coordinating immediately.

Important: short-notice policy

Same-week appointments depend on hospital availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we are ultimately unable to secure your appointment within the requested window, US$50 is retained as a coordination fee and the remaining US$50 is refunded. If the appointment is secured, the full US$100 applies as the expedited-booking fee.

This is a coordination and scheduling service only. It does not include the cost of the scan or screening itself, which is purchased separately.
