“Gentle, daily herbal support for when you're running on empty.”
The Vitality Restore Set (元气焕活方案) is a 28-day herbal wellness routine built for the Qi-Deficiency constitution (气虚质) — low energy, easy fatigue, sluggish digestion and feeling drained by busy weeks. It pairs two herbal teas, a meridian massage oil and a gua sha board into one simple daily rhythm of gentle nourishment.
What's Inside
- ✓ Daily Energy & Vitality Tea (元气四宝茶) — a modern energizing blend of astragalus, ophiopogon, American ginseng & codonopsis, 7 servings
- ✓ Digestive Energy Tea (四君子茶) — a gentle four-herb blend of ginseng, white atractylodes, poria & roasted licorice, 3 servings
- ✓ Digestive Energy Massage Oil (参术脾胃按摩油), 30 ml
- ✓ Brass Gua Sha board (18 cm) — included free
- ✓ Optional upgrade: Home Moxibustion Care Kit
Best For
Tiredness that rest doesn't quite fix, low stamina, a weak appetite, and wanting steadier energy through the day.
How to Use (28-Day Routine)
- Weeks 1–3: Daily Energy & Vitality Tea — 2 servings/week; Digestive Energy Tea — 1 serving/week.
- Week 4: Daily Energy & Vitality Tea — 1 serving/week; pause the second tea.
- Use the oil with the gua sha board 1–2×/week: massage the legs and abdomen (Zusanli ST-36, Qihai CV-6, Guanyuan CV-4 are good regions).
- If you added the moxibustion kit: recommended for this constitution — warm Zusanli and Qihai 3×/week, about 20–30 minutes total.
Good to know: Pause the teas while you have a fever or feel acutely unwell. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take any medication, check with your doctor before starting.
