“Drop the heaviness — daily support for a lighter, sharper you.”
The Lean & Light Set (轻体祛湿方案) is a 28-day herbal wellness routine built for the Phlegm-Damp constitution (痰湿质) — heaviness, bloating and a sticky, sluggish feeling after meals. It pairs two herbal teas, a meridian massage oil and a gua sha board into one simple daily rhythm of gentle nourishment.
What's Inside
- ✓ Digestive Wellness Tea (四神茶) — a mild everyday blend of poria, lotus seed, Chinese yam & euryale, 7 servings
- ✓ Metabolism & Lightness Tea (身轻茶) — a lightening blend of roasted coix seed, adzuki bean, winter-melon peel & white hyacinth bean, 3 servings
- ✓ Your choice of oil — Slim & Detox Massage Oil (生姜泽泻按摩油) or Body Contour Massage Oil (白池柚按摩油), 30 ml
- ✓ Brass Gua Sha board (18 cm) — included free
- ✓ Optional upgrade: Home Moxibustion Care Kit
Best For
Heavy limbs, afternoon fog, post-meal bloating, and wanting to feel lighter and sharper.
How to Use (28-Day Routine)
- Weeks 1–3: Digestive Wellness Tea — 2 servings/week; Metabolism & Lightness Tea — 1 serving/week.
- Week 4: Digestive Wellness Tea — 1 serving/week; pause the second tea.
- Use the oil with the gua sha board 1–2×/week: massage the lower legs and abdomen (Fenglong ST-40, Zhongwan CV-12 regions).
- If you added the moxibustion kit: recommended — warm Fenglong and Zhongwan 3–4×/week, about 20–30 minutes.
Good to know: If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take any medication, check with your doctor before starting.
