How much does the DENTIUM + Aidite single-tooth implant package cost?
The published price is $799 for a single-tooth implant with a genuine DENTIUM (登腾) Korean fixture and an Aidite (爱尔创) zirconia crown. That is the package price for the implant itself — what it covers and what it does not are listed in the two questions below. Anything the dentist finds at your in-clinic exam is quoted in writing before that treatment begins, and you receive a written plan and quote after the remote consultation, before you commit to dates.
What exactly does the $799 price cover?
It covers remote pre-treatment consultation and a written plan; the on-site oral exam (clinical, panoramic X-ray and CBCT 3D imaging); surgical anaesthesia (local); implant placement with a genuine DENTIUM (登腾) fixture; abutment placement; the permanent Aidite (爱尔创) zirconia crown; a post-operative review; and SinoCareLink coordination — English-language booking and translation of your treatment plan and post-op report (an English-speaking companion at the clinic is not included). Implants booked before 31 December 2026 also include a free ultrasonic scaling and cleaning before surgery (limited-time offer).
What is not included in the $799 price?
Not included: tooth extraction (simple or complex), complex bone grafting (sinus lift or GBR where the bone is insufficient), periodontal treatment, and a temporary crown during osseointegration. Travel and accommodation are not included either. Any add-on is quoted in writing after your in-clinic exam, before that treatment begins. These depend on what the dentist finds on your CBCT scan and in-clinic exam, so they cannot be priced reliably in advance; you decide whether to proceed once the written quote is in front of you.
Which implant and crown will I actually receive?
A genuine DENTIUM (登腾) fixture — the South Korean manufacturer behind the SuperLine and Implantium systems, used by clinicians in Asia, Europe and the Americas — paired with an Aidite (爱尔创) zirconia crown milled for your case. Your fixture's serial number and lot label are recorded in your clinical file; ask us and we can request a copy for your records. Where is the treatment carried out?
Your treatment is carried out at a partner clinic in the Taikang Bybo (泰康拜博) dental network. We confirm the clinic and the city with you before you book your flights.
How long does the whole treatment take, and how many trips?
About three to four months. Visit 1 is the on-site exam and the implant placement under local anaesthesia, typically 60–90 minutes. You then go home for roughly three months while the fixture integrates, with SinoCareLink check-in messages at Week 2 and Month 1. Visit 2 places the abutment and takes a digital impression; the crown is milled in 5–10 days. Visit 3 fits the permanent crown. Some patients combine Visits 2 and 3 into one longer trip — we confirm the number of visits for your case before you travel.
What do I need to prepare before I travel?
Recent blood work (full blood count, coagulation, liver and kidney function, infectious-disease screen), a periodontal check — ideally with a cleaning done about two months before travel — and a dental CT/CBCT scan plus a 3D intraoral scan. For complex bites, a TMJ and occlusion assessment helps. SinoCareLink arranges the review, translates the findings, and returns the written plan and quote.
What English-language support comes with this package?
Your package includes professional translation of your treatment plan and post-op report. An English-speaking companion at the clinic is not included: some clinics offer free English support, and a companion can be added for US$100 per half day. Coordination before and after the visit — booking, questions, remote check-ins during healing — is handled in English.
Is the implant placement painful?
The fixture is placed under local anaesthesia, and the procedure usually takes 60–90 minutes. You are given written aftercare instructions in English before you leave the clinic, and your dentist goes through pain management and when to contact us. How much discomfort you feel afterwards varies from person to person — the dentist will go through what to expect for your case before you consent.
