Frequently Asked Questions
How fast will I hear back after submitting?
Within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, Asia/Shanghai time). For weekend submissions, expect a reply the next Monday by noon. Urgent cases — drop us a note in 'Additional Requests' and we'll prioritize.
Is my data secure?
Yes. The intake is delivered via Shopify's encrypted contact channel directly to SinoCareLink's medical coordinator inbox. We do not store your data in marketing tools, do not share with third parties, and do not pass your details to hospitals until you've reviewed and approved the proposal.
What if my preferred city isn't listed?
Choose 'Other / Flexible' and write your preferred city in the Additional Requests section. Our checkup packages are available in ten cities in mainland China; for anywhere else, tell us where you'll be and we'll check what we can arrange.
Do I need to commit or pay a deposit when I submit?
No. Submitting the intake is free and non-binding. You'll receive a written proposal with packages, hospitals, and quotes. You only pay if you decide to book.
Can I update my intake later if my plans change?
Yes — just reply to the email we send. Our coordinator can revise the plan if your travel dates, city, or screening priorities change.
How does this differ from your general contact form?
The general contact form is for any inquiry — bilingual companion, report translation, dental, TCM, or general questions. This health screening intake is specific to planning a check-up: it captures the medical and logistical details we need to design your plan in one step, instead of going back and forth over email.
