Medical Information: Medical history, current symptoms, previous diagnostic reports, and physical examination results provided for translation or consultation.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies to improve your website experience.

• Coordinamento dei servizi: Prenotare appuntamenti negli ospedali e nelle cliniche in cui coordiniamo le tue cure.

• Elaborazione dei pagamenti: Agevolare pagamenti sicuri tramite la nostra entità di Hong Kong e gateway esterni (Stripe/PayPal).
• Autovalutazione digitale a pagamento: Verificare l’accesso pagato, trattare le risposte al questionario per calcolare il risultato della tua costituzione, conservare risposte e risultato per consentirti di riaprirlo e inviare email di accesso e conferma del consenso.

Alcune informazioni che fornisci — come preferenze per i controlli medici, esigenze di servizi odontoiatrici o note relative alla salute — possono costituire categorie particolari di dati ai sensi del Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati dell’UE (GDPR) e di leggi analoghe.

Per l’autovalutazione digitale a pagamento, usiamo le risposte per fornire e conservare il risultato e la guida al benessere; svolgere l’autovalutazione non prenota di per sé una consulenza né invia le risposte a un ospedale.

La revoca non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento precedente, ma può incidere sulla nostra capacità di soddisfare la prenotazione o continuare a fornire accesso al risultato della tua autovalutazione.

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

• The hospitals and clinics we book for you: We share your name, passport details, contact information, and health-related preferences with the specific hospital(s) in China where your appointment is booked, solely for the purpose of confirming and preparing for your visit.
• Medical Companions: If a bilingual medical companion supports you, whether booked separately or included in your package, the companion has access to your personal and medical details only to the extent necessary to provide the companion service before, during and after your visit.
• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Site, processing payments, or delivering our Services (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, email service providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your personal data is stored on servers provided by Shopify and our other service providers, governed by Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
