A comprehensive early cancer screening at Grade 3A hospitals in mainland China — whole-body PET-CT, sedated gastroscopy + colonoscopy and an extended tumor-marker panel, with a full-day English-speaking medical companion included.
Most cancers are far more treatable when found early. This package combines whole-body metabolic imaging with direct endoscopic examination of the digestive tract and a broad blood-marker panel — the three complementary approaches used in thorough early-detection screening.
What's included
- General physical, internal medicine & surgical exam
- Complete blood count
- Liver function (8 items) & kidney function (3 items)
- Glucose, HbA1c & lipid panel (4 items)
- Urinalysis, stool routine + occult blood
- Tumor marker panel (12 items, men's or women's panel)
- Pro-gastrin-releasing peptide (pro-GRP)

The Women's package additionally includes: gynecological exam, breast ultrasound, uterus & adnexa ultrasound, vaginal discharge routine, HPV genotyping and cervical TCT.
Who should consider this screening
- Adults with a family history of cancer
- Adults 40+ seeking a thorough one-visit baseline beyond a standard checkup
- Anyone with long-term risk factors (smoking, chronic H. pylori, etc.) who wants deep screening
Appointment booking at a Grade 3A public hospital, on-site guidance and English report translation are included. Screening aids early detection; it does not by itself establish or exclude a diagnosis — any abnormal finding is explained in your report with recommended next steps.
Important — what this price covers
- The endoscopy portion covers the sedated examination only (gastroscopy and colonoscopy). It does not include polyp removal or biopsy.
- Polyp removal and biopsy are charged separately by the hospital, based on what is found during the procedure. A refundable deposit applies — see the "GI Biopsy & Polyp Removal Deposit" add-on. Any cost estimate is for reference only; the final amount is settled directly with the hospital.
- Not all polyps can be removed during the same procedure. Larger or more complex polyps may require a separate follow-up admission, at the treating endoscopist's clinical discretion.
