Booking & Refund Policy
Welcome to SinoCare Link. To ensure you receive the highest quality of medical coordination and professional service, please read our policies carefully. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Timeline & Surcharges
We require sufficient time to coordinate with top-tier hospitals and certified medical interpreters.
- Standard Booking: Please complete your reservation at least 10 working days prior to your desired appointment date.
- Rush Booking (3–10 working days): A 10% surcharge on the total package fee will be applied for bookings made within this window.
- Express Booking (Less than 3 working days): A 25% surcharge on the total package fee will be applied for last-minute coordination.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
SinoCare Link commits resources and secures medical slots upon your payment. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Notice > 7 Working Days: If you notify us of a cancellation more than 7 working days before the scheduled date, a 10% administrative fee will be charged. The remaining 90% of the package fee will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Notice ≤ 7 Working Days: Cancellations made within 7 working days of the appointment (including "no-shows") are non-refundable.
- Payment Recipient: All payments and eligible refunds are processed through our Hong Kong entity.
Rescheduling Policy
We provide flexibility for travel changes, provided sufficient notice is given:
- Advance Notice (> 7 working days): Your first request to change the appointment date is free of charge.
- Subsequent Changes: For the second and any following rescheduling requests, a fee of $20 USD per change will be applied.
- Late Rescheduling (≤ 7 working days): Any request to change the date within 7 working days of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and follows the non-refundable policy.
Service Continuity & Abandonment
- If you choose to leave the medical facility or discontinue the checkup/treatment process for personal reasons before completion, the remaining items will be considered voluntarily abandoned.
- SinoCare Link will not be able to provide partial refunds or reschedule the unfinished items for a later date.
Definitions & General Terms
- Working Days: Refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Third-Party Providers: SinoCare Link is a facilitator. Medical services are provided by third-party licensed hospitals. Any medical disputes arising from the treatment itself are subject to the hospital’s own policies
