To provide our medical coordination services, we collect the following types of information:

Personal Identification: Name, date of birth, nationality, and passport information (required for hospital registration in China).

Contact Information: Email address, phone number, and WhatsApp/social media handles.

Medical Information: Medical history, current symptoms, previous diagnostic reports, and physical examination results provided for translation or consultation.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies to improve your website experience.

Usamos tus datos exclusivamente para los siguientes fines:

• Coordinación de servicios: Reservar citas en los hospitales y clínicas donde coordinamos tu atención.
• Traducción médica: Traducir tu historial médico para los doctores y tus informes finales de revisión al inglés.
• Comunicación: Enviar confirmaciones de reserva, recordatorios de servicios e instrucciones de seguimiento.
• Procesamiento de pagos: Facilitar pagos seguros mediante nuestra entidad de Hong Kong y pasarelas externas (Stripe/PayPal).
• Autoevaluación digital de pago: Verificar el acceso pagado, tratar tus respuestas al cuestionario para calcular tu resultado de constitución, guardar tus respuestas y el resultado para que puedas volver a abrirlo, y enviar emails de acceso y confirmación de consentimiento.

Algunos datos que proporcionas —como tus preferencias de revisión médica, necesidades de servicios dentales o notas relacionadas con la salud— pueden constituir categorías especiales de datos según el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la UE (RGPD) y leyes similares.

Solo recopilaremos y trataremos datos relacionados con la salud con tu consentimiento explícito, que obtenemos al recogerlos, por ejemplo cuando envías un formulario de solicitud de reserva. Para las reservas médicas, estos datos se usan exclusivamente para coordinar tus citas y solo se comparten con los hospitales concretos que intervienen en tu reserva. Para la autoevaluación digital de pago, usamos tus respuestas para proporcionar y guardar tu resultado y guía de bienestar; hacer la autoevaluación no reserva por sí mismo una consulta ni envía tus respuestas a un hospital.

Puedes retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento contactándonos en info@sinocarelink.org. Retirar el consentimiento no afecta a la licitud del tratamiento anterior, pero puede afectar a nuestra capacidad de gestionar tu reserva o seguir facilitando acceso al resultado de tu autoevaluación.

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

• The hospitals and clinics we book for you: We share your name, passport details, contact information, and health-related preferences with the specific hospital(s) in China where your appointment is booked, solely for the purpose of confirming and preparing for your visit.
• Medical Companions: If a bilingual medical companion supports you, whether booked separately or included in your package, the companion has access to your personal and medical details only to the extent necessary to provide the companion service before, during and after your visit.
• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Site, processing payments, or delivering our Services (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, email service providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your personal data is stored on servers provided by Shopify and our other service providers, governed by Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS)
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
• Regular review of our data collection, storage, and processing practices
